Inside are nature exhibits, and outside is a Kansas-themed playground complete with an oversized "eagle's nest" (one you can roost in!). A short nature trail leads you by the lake and through a tunnel of branches. During the season, butterflies will tickle your nose in the butterfly garden. While there check out the state-of-the-art "intensive" fish hatchery, where walleye, saugeye, striped bass, and channel and blue catfish are raised from egg to fingerlings.
