Half fish market, half restaurant, Mad Jack's is one of those not-so-fancy places that the locals love because it's the best place to find fresh fish. And you will find most everything, from Asian carp and bluegill to shark. The fried catfish, crunchy and flavorful, is made with Mad Jack's special seasoning.
