Tom and Shelly Schierman made their first jug of Louisburg Cider Mill apple cider in 1977 in their restored hay barn. A country store was soon added to accommodate their growing product line and growing number of satisfied customers. Along with the cider, the most popular items include Lost Trail Root Beer and sarsaparilla, preserves and butters, and apple cider doughnuts. The old-fashioned store is filled with Cider Mill delights plus other Kansas products and seasonal produce. For tours, call.
