PARK

Linscott Park

Holton, KS | Jackson County

The handsome park sign depicts a handsome horse representing Otto (1886-1909), a favorite horse of Holton banker Shepard Keene Linscott. Otto's final resting place is at the south end of the park beside the hand carved livestock trough and is marked with a flat stone. The trough was carved from a single piece of stone.

Kids will find a fun playground in the park, too!
