Adam Legler built the stone barn in 1864 on a nearby site on the Santa Fe Trail. In 1983 it was moved to Sar-Ko-Par Park, reconstructed, and now contains exhibits telling the story of early Lenexa. Within the park you'll also find a 1912 Frisco train depot, a Northern Pacific caboose, and the Strang Line waiting station.
