The 1930 Warren Hotel is now the Landmark Center, a beautifully restored office and condominium complex that retains the original building's art deco design and stunning terra cotta detail. Before the hotel was completed, Warren Smither leased it, thus its name. A fountain and a sculpture of Dorothy Gale (of The Wizard of Oz) are found on the nicely landscaped southside plaza.
