A giant bridge, suspended in a majestic bow-and-arrow-inspired design, is your pathway to the plaza. Here artist Blackbear Bosin's 44-foot, five-ton colossal steel statue, Keeper of the Plains, rises skyward on a 30-foot promontory above the confluence of the Little Arkansas and Arkansas Rivers. Each evening the Ring of Fire lights at the base of the statue and burns for 15 minutes.
