
More than 1,000 species of native and exotic woody plants are represented at this arboretum founded in 1972. At the Meadow Willow Trail trailhead walk across the one-plank bridge with branch railings. In the southeast end of the arboretum, a bronze plaque on a rock pays tribute to early settlers.
