Horses can be seen in their white-fenced pastures or in the equestrian arena practicing jumps. The estate is also home to cabins and a meeting space, lakes, and a 20-acre vineyard. The winery and tasting room are inside a first-rate metal barn, and as you sample the wines you can view the stainless steel tanks and the Missouri oak wine barrels. The estate name, Isinglass, refers to a collagen used as a clarifying agent for wines. Photos @IsinglassEstateWinery
