The goulash breakfast special of hash browns, onions, sausage, and cheddar cheese mixed in with the scrambled eggs is a big seller but so is the lunchtime hot roast beef sandwich with beef slow-cooked for 12 hours. Verenika, a Russian Mennonite specialty, is served daily with German sausage, gravy, zwieback, and cherry moos. A different Mennonite baked good is offered daily until sold out.
