Some of the best steaks in the state are served inside this 1884 hotel. A 1995 renovation exposed the building's original brick walls and stockyard brick floors that create a true Old West feel. Owner Suzan Barnes recommends the Grand Angelo steak as a filet or strip with shrimp or sauteed mushrooms. Ten oversized guest rooms, each branded in Chase County history, offer plush accommodations. Reservations are highly recommended.
