Standing between the railroad tracks and the Farmers Market Plaza, 22 large concrete panels covered with 75,000 colorful glass tiles in mosaic patterns create an impressive sight. New York artist and mosaic expert Susan Jablon assisted the local arts organization with this project and donated much of the glass tile.
