MEXICAN

Across the Borders

Burlington, KS | Coffey County

Owners Arthur and Venia Syring bring Tex-Mex to the Midwest by creating a diverse menu that includes favorite Mexican dishes as well as breakfasts, steaks, shrimp, chicken-fried steak, and chicken-fried chickenβ€”all with a Tex-Mex flavor. You won't find fried taters and onions on the menu, but you can ask for them! The stained-glass windows by local artist Jim Stukey highlight Burlington's tie to each of the Kansas Sampler Foundation's 8 Rural Culture Elements.
