Located in Finnup Park this modern waterslide complex completed inn 2020 was once known far and wide as The Big Pool. The block-and-a-half-sized swimming pool was so big that a boat once pulled a water skier through its waters. Hand dug with local labor in 1922; it held 2.5 million gallons of water. The Big Pool in its original footprint (see third photo in gallery) was a finalist in the 8 Wonders of Kansas Customs category.
