ARCHITECTURE

Elkhart City Hall

Elkhart, KS | Morton County

The WPA built this adobe building in 1937. To see evidence of its 18-inch-thick adobe walls, ask the city clerk to open the closet door! She also is glad to give you a quick tour. The original adobe bricks are visible throughout the building.
