The WPA built the 1930s stone structures, including the retaining wall and the interestingly designed (no longer used) swimming pool bathhouse, in City Park. You'll also find here a walking trail, 2 large playground areas, picnic shelters, sand volleyball, horseshoe pits, a new basketball court, a new disc golf course, and city pool.
