Cathedral of the Flint Hills

Built of tapestry brick with limestone trim, the 1922 Sacred Heart Church is also known as the Cathedral of the Flint Hills. Its two tall towers with golden crosses are dominant landmarks in the western end of the Mill Creek Valley and draw people from a distance.
