Spirits are running high at Boot Hill Distillery. This unique distillery is housed in the former Municipal Building (NRHP) that was built in 1929 on the original Boot Hill Cemetery site (the interred had been moved in 1878). Grain for the distillery comes from local farmers Roger and Hayes Kelman and Chris Holovach. It is processed at a local mill before being distilled and bottled. The historic bar, originally in a tavern on Front Street, is where you can order cocktails made with Boot Hill spirits.
