Sweden is one of the top coffee-drinking countries in theworld so it seems natural that an artisan micro-roaster would be here in Little Sweden. The coffee making that happens here is steeped in tradition as deep as the history of the Holmberg and Johnson Blacksmith & Wagon Shop (NRHP) in which this coffee shop is located. At this 1900 building, countless homesteaders and cowboy shad their horses shod and wagon wheels fixed. Now, quite a different (and more pleasing!) aroma emerges from the brick chimney, one that lures in customers to try exotic, single-origin Arabica bean coffees. A light breakfast and lunch menu includes house-made pastries, espressos, pour-over coffee, and teas.
