Two generations of the Chen family, who immigrated from Taiwan in the 1970s, operate this modern Asian food bistro. Award-winning chef Ping-Chen uses freshness, quality, and presentation to make traditional favorites such as kung pao and moo shu chicken. Be sure to try the sushi and sashimi!
