LODGING

Basecamp Humboldt

Humboldt, KS | Allen County

Basecamp is a place where memories are made, families and friends reconnect, and relaxation comes naturally. Guests staying in the cabins, A-Frames, or RV lots can enjoy the three-acre pond with kayaks, paddleboards, paddle pontoons, and canoes; bicycles (including two e-bikes available for rent); firepits; a bike skills course; and the BikeBarn, a gathering spot for relaxing, playing games, and spending time together. Showers, bathrooms, and bike repair stations are also available for guests’ convenience.

The Southwind Trail connects right to Basecamp, making it easy for bikers and hikers to hop on the 6½-mile trail into Iola and connect with the Prairie Spirit Trail. Or, take the streets into Humboldt Square to explore everything downtown has to offer.
