Augusta Historic Theatre

This 1935 art deco theatre was one of the first in the nation whose interior was completely lit with neon. The wall murals; ornamental plaster designs in black, silver, salmon, and green; and stenciled ceiling give the theatre an intriguing Egyptian appearance. (NRHP)
