Aggieville, a student village south of the KSU campus, is the oldest shopping district of its kind in Kansas, dating to 1889. As late as 1912 the streets were still dirt. Things have changed over the years, and today more than 110 shops of all sorts and varieties converge here. By day it's a great place to shop and lunch, and by evening the tones of night life emerge.
