HISTORIC DEPOT

Manhattan Union Pacific Depot

Manhattan, KS | Riley County

Theodore Roosevelt stopped here on a whistle-stop campaign tour in 1903, a year after this eye-catching depot was built. In 1990 the city renovated the depot to its current grandeur, restoring the tower based on original architectural plans. It now functions as an event center. (RHKP)
