Bloomington Park East (next to Wakarusa River Valley Heritage Museum). From E. 596, 1ΒΌ miles east on N. 1190. Large gold hoops stand at odd angles and appear about to fall. Aside from being an interesting art installation that surround a historic windmill, the hoops represent the ten Wakarusa River Valley communities and their relationship to the Underground Railroad. A plaque at the site tells more about these Stephen Johnson sculptures.
