This 50-ton, 23x15-foot behemoth can't hide! Made of concrete, rocks, and stones, it was the brainchild of rancher Ray O. Smith who, with his brother Chester, built it in 1978. Ray died in 1999 and he and his wife, Maude, are buried on the hill beside the buffalo. Drive around the section to view the statue from every angle, and keep your eyes open for live buffalo in the pasture!
