COURTHOUSE

Hodgeman County Courthouse

Jetmore, KS | Hodgeman County

The Haun family donated the land for the courthouse square, and in 1929 the Italian Renaissance structure made from Carthage granite and fine gray brick and trimmed with white limestone was completed. The green terra cotta roof tiles provide a striking accent. Visit the second floor to see historic photos, and the third floor to view the courtroom's original woodwork, fixtures, and furniture.
