It's a brewery with imagination—and quite possibly the best pizza in Dodge City. Locals rave about the brick-oven pies, made with house-made, hand-stretched dough and care with the fixin's. But back to the beer. See the Choco-bock in the picture? They took their Double Barrel Doppelbock and infused it with a pound of cacao nibs and a touch of ground coffee, creating a rich, chocolatey brew that's unlike anything else in the region.
