Cases and freezers in the plant's retail store contain some of the best Kansas raised beef, pork, and poultry. The steaks, burgers, and sausages served in regional restaurants probably came from this plant. Be sure to try the famous Hillbilly bacon. Bring a cooler and fill it with quality meat from the heartland.
