Sycamore Springs

3126 Bittersweet. From 6th, ½ mile east on Main, ¾ mile north on Acorn, 2 miles east on K-246, then 3¼ miles north on Bittersweet (Brown County). This resort dates to 1886 when people began coming here to take advantage of the natural healing springs. As you drive through this shaded, historic property you’ll see the 1917 stone hotel and the 1936 roller skating rink, and across the wooden plank bridge you’ll find two of the historic springs, one under a gazebo. Recreation facilities (including the roller rink) are available, and you may RV or tent camp here, or book the former historic hotel or guest house. May-October.
