Panhandle Railroad Museum

As is this one, many remarkable museums are established thanks to collectors who are willing to share. Highlights of P.H. Wiley's extensive railroad collection include trainman uniforms, Santa Fe furniture, watches (critical for precise timekeeping), and the prized piece - a bell from a Prairie steam locomotive. The museum is housed in the 1886 Park House Gallery (RHKP), a structure originally built for the short-lived Wellington Power and Light Company. Tuesday-Saturday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Donation welcome.
