From the B-29 Memorial, 1 block west on Flint. The two well-preserved concrete bombsight vaults served as storage for the bombsights that aircraft used when conducting high-altitude strategic bombing exercises. The Norden Bombsights were classified as secret during most of WWII. (NRHP)
