Grain Elevator Barn
From K-4, ¼ mile north on Deer, and follow the curve east. Just south of the “Nothing” sign is a magnificent barn that was moved in from the country and retrofitted as part of Carlton’s grain elevator. The barn was built by the Cornell family who founded Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and was part of a large Shorthorn cattle ranch near Carlton.
