Garvin Park Stone Grill
From 7th (U.S. 54), 1¼ miles north on State, 2 blocks west on Sunflower, jog north, then continue west into the park. Made entirely of native rock, two unusual and artistic features each comprise a low semicircle wall enclosing picnic benches with a tall stone wood-burning grill completing the circle. Built in 1940 as a National Youth Administration project, they can be seen in the southwest part of Garvin Park.
