209 NW 4th. The interior dome of this 1907 Carnegie library was refurbished to its original grandeur in 2010. Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m.-2 p.m. A tasteful accessory to the library’s front lawn is a statue of Benjamin Franklin seated on a bench and reading.
