CLOCK

Street Clock

Kansas City, KS | Wyandotte County

In 1914 Frank Winkler purchased a large street clock from the Seth Thomas Company and placed it in front of his jewelry store to advertise his watchmaking and watch repair business. In 1990, after 101 years of operation, Winkler's Jewelry Store closed, but the clock remains, now standing at the bus stop at 7th and Minnesota.
