Longtime community advocate and businessman Russ Binney would appreciate this lovely little retreat that bears his name. Resting above the site of the old swimming pool, the park features grasses, shrubs, and flowers that can easily adapt to temperatures in this region. Common sage, blue spirea, and rudbeckia are only a few of the plants that augment the sidewalks and gazebo. A water fountain and a tiered limestone pond with lily pads and a waterfall add a nice touch to the surroundings.
