When you're in Liberal you must eat pancakes! Apple pancakes are the house specialty, but options range from Hawaiian to chocolate chip. Waffles, crepes, and egg dishes also are available. The Kijafa crepes (sour cherries cooked in Kijafa wine) are delicious!
