Since 2007 volunteers have operated an impressive group of carnival rides and games during the Ness County Fair. Members of the Ness County Amusement Company say that the smiles they receive are all the payment they need. See the carnival in operation every July at the fairgrounds, which is also where you can visit the rides resting during the off-season.
