C.J. Hanson's dream was having a place where locals and visitors could gather for a cup of coffee or a bite to eat, buy a few groceries, and take home a gift item or two (many made by C.J. and friends). In 2016, after operating for several years in a small house, the mercantile moved into a new red metal building on U.S. 159. It's a warm, friendly spot, and although C.J. has sold the business, the new owners will be glad to see you when you stop by.
