The purpose of the first (1977) teachers' hall of fame in the country is to honor outstanding Kansans in the field of education for grades K-12 and vocational schools. In addition, the facility exhibits school artifacts including early books, globes, water dipper, and desks. Your admission also admits you to the kitschy throwback Gunfighters Wax Museum attraction. Admission charge.
