Burlington City Dam

From 4th, 4 blocks east on Kennebec, then ½ mile north on Old Mill. A serene place to cast a fishing line, have a picnic, or just watch the water flow over the city dam is Drake Park, a scenic spot on the Neosho River. Locals know the fishing is good for white bass, crappie, spoonbill, carp, and drum.
