Successful dry goods merchant S.T. Stevenson mail ordered the design for his 1894 house from George F. Barber and Company. It is an exquisite example of a high-style Queen Anne structure with a tower, delicate spindle work, and a variety of exterior wall textures. Drive by only. (NRHP)
